Confido’s AI-powered deductions are now more customizable than ever. As you work through deductions in the cash application flow, you can define both how a deduction is classed and what it classifies to — all in real time.

Here’s how it works:

1. Define custom reasons under Automation Tools.

2. Tag your deductions to the reason.

3. Explain why it applies using the freeform text field.

4. Confido will update all deductions that match criteria to automatically be classed to your desired reasons.

Say goodbye to clunky dropdowns. With our updated Net Sales View, you can now toggle between Planning Group or Ship To views, then filter by Level (like Sales Owner or Product Family), Group (like Retailer or Product), and Metric (like Revenue or Open Accruals).

You can customize multiple table views and save them for quick access later — making it easier to focus on the numbers that matter most.
