AI Contract Reading is now live! Instead of digging through PDFs or manually entering terms, Confido now reads your contracts for you using built-in AI. By auto-extracting key promo details, we help you save hours of work, while reducing errors and ensuring accurate promotion spend.

• Based on the extracted terms, AI Contract Reading will either generate a new promotion or identify an existing one it aligns with.

• Contracts are stored and visible directly within the platform — improving team collaboration and document management.

• When deductions are received, they’re automatically mapped to the related promotion and contract. If there’s a mismatch, Confido flags it for review.

We’ve added bulk editing tools, helping your team maintain accuracy at scale.

• Update existing promotions by upload — include a column for Promo ID or Promotion Item ID to match and update the right promotion.

• Distributor markup updates are now more robust:

  • Choose whether to apply changes to all, future, or no promotions.

  • Overrides are automatically created to maintain consistency and prevent unintentional retroactive changes.

• Blank rows in the Trade Promotions module are filtered out to eliminate clutter from pivot tables and Excel artifacts.

📈 Greater Forecasting Accuracy

We’ve introduced more granular control over growth modeling and made it easier to compare plan vs. forecast, giving teams greater accuracy.

• Use Growth Factors to model expected sales lift with precision — whether you're launching a new display or planning for steady growth.

  • Phased: Distributes growth evenly across a full time period, with a target growth % to be reached by a specified end date.

  • Simple Overlay: Applies the same % overlay to each underlying forecast period, rather than phasing it.

• Compare Forecasts vs. Targets directly in the Net Sales View

• Group ship-to forecasts by product family for cleaner reporting
