Here's the short version of this week: two features that cut manual work in the back office. Deduction tagging gets a rebuilt workflow with AI-suggested matches, so you spend your time deciding instead of hunting. And ERP product sync moves into your own Settings, so getting set up no longer waits on us. Both roll out this week.

🏷️ Deductions: Tagging That Tells You What to Do Next

As a brand grows, so do its deductions, and tagging them stays manual. Every new deduction is one more to review, code, and match to a promotion by hand. Past a certain volume, keeping up means an entire team dedicated to processing deductions instead of working the ones worth money.

What's new: rebuilt deduction tagging.

• Clear status on every row. Each deduction reads Untagged, Tagged, or Missed Promotion, so you always know what is left.

• Approve and tag in one step. Approval status sits right on the row, so you can approve and tag together instead of jumping between screens.

• AI-suggested matches. Confido suggests the promotion each deduction ties to, so tagging becomes a quick confirm instead of a search.

The payoff: The deductions queue stops being a wall of rows and becomes a worklist. You act on the ones that need you and move on. Reach out to your CS rep if you’d like us to turn this on for you.

⚙️ Coming Soon: Set Up ERP Product Sync Yourself

What we heard: Getting your products synced from your ERP used to mean waiting on the Confido team to configure it. One more dependency, one more delay before you are live.

What's new: self-service ERP product sync, coming soon.

• Set it up from Settings. Product sync is moving into your own Settings, so you can connect it without a ticket.

• Stays current on its own. A daily job keeps your product data fresh once it's connected.
