New on the Shelf: Your bank activity inside Confido
Two updates this week, both straight from what your teams have been telling us: connect your bank activity to Confido, and keep your forecast history when products change.

Here's the short version of this week: two updates that take manual cross-checking off your team's plate. Less time matching screens and re-keying history, more time on the work that moves your numbers.
๐ธ Cash Application: Your Bank Activity, Connected
What we heard: Reconciling cash means living in two places at once, your bank on one screen and Confido on the other, matching deposits to payments by hand. It's slow, it's easy to miss something, and it's a chore nobody wants to own.
What's new: updated bank feeds.
Previously, bank feeds were brought into Confido to help populate deposits dates on portal payments, now the bank feed has a dedicated workspace and workflow.
Rather than starting with portal payments and populating deposit dates, you can start with the bank deposits and match them to customer remittances from portals or emails.
Less manual cross-checking. Fewer screens, fewer copy-pastes, and a tighter loop between the money in your account and the cash applied in Confido.
The payoff: Start with what hit the bank rather than what came in from portals, clear your queue to 0, and Cash App is done for the day!

๐ Demand Planning: Keep Your History When Products Change
What we heard: This one came up again and again on calls. Brands change products constantly, a new size, new packaging, a reformulation, a case change, and the worry is always the same. The replacement starts with no shipment history, so its forecast resets to zero, and retiring the old product risks losing the record entirely. The ask was simple: keep the past, don't start from scratch.
What's new: product succession.
Link a new product to the one it replaces. From the product's menu in demand planning, pick the predecessor and the date of the switch. Confido carries the old product's shipment and seasonal history onto the new one, so its forecast picks up where the old one left off instead of starting from zero.
The handoff stays clean. History counts toward the old product up to the switch date and the new product after it, with no double-counting, and the combined history shows right in the planning view and chart.
The payoff: New and transitioning products forecast accurately from day one, and planners stop stitching history across products by hand every time the lineup changes. (Demand planning was the most talked-about topic in customer calls last week.)

๐ Coming Soon: Something for Your Supply Planners
For a lot of brands, one person rebuilds the supply plan by hand every single week, pulling stock levels, order minimums, and open purchase orders out of three or four systems and stitching it together in a spreadsheet.
We've been building something to end that weekly rebuild. Customers get the first look later this month, with a walkthrough from our supply chain team. Watch your inbox and register here for our June 25th webinar.

๐ Welcoming Annie Zhu - Our New SVP of Finance
Big news at Confido: Annie Zhu has joined us as our new SVP of Finance, and we couldn't be more excited.
Annie spent five years at Arc, coming on as one of their first employees and eventually becoming COO. Along the way she helped grow the team and business by 10X, raised multiple financing rounds, and oversaw all finance & operations across the business. Before that she sharpened her chops in corp dev at Ro, private equity at Onex, and banking at Barclays, with an economics degree from UChicago to back it up.
We're scaling faster than ever, and having someone who's run finance through that kind of growth means the rest of our team can focus on what matters most - providing an excellent product to our customers.
There's a lot coming at Confido this year, and Annie is going to be a big part of it.
Welcome, Annie. We're so glad to have you!
