We're overhauling the Product Page with a cleaner, more intuitive design to help you manage your catalog more efficiently — launching this week. Here's what's coming:

Redesigned Product Grid

• Cleaner, more modern layout with gray headers, polished status chips, and a new supply config column

• Click directly on a row to open the product modal — no more separate "View" column

• Status bar now only appears when something is missing, keeping the interface clean

Smarter Search & Filters

• All search and filter controls consolidated into a single row for a more streamlined experience

• Download, upload, and settings controls grouped together for easier access

🔄 ERP Configurability

We've rebuilt how Confido handles ERP product syncs, giving you more control and visibility over what gets pulled in and why. Here's what's new:

Smarter Sync Filtering

• Set up rules to control exactly which products get synced from your ERP — no more manual workarounds or CS intervention

• Filters can be applied globally or at the individual packaging level (consumer units, cases, or shippers)

• Each rule is composed of a field, an operator, and a value, making them easy to configure and manage

Better Visibility into Excluded Products

• Products excluded by a sync rule are now tracked with a reason and visible under "Show Inactive"

• Products missing required fields are flagged and grouped separately so you can easily identify and fix configuration gaps

• Nothing gets silently dropped — every excluded product has a clear explanation attached

📊 Product Lifecycle Planning

Managing your product portfolio just got easier. We've added lifecycle planning tools directly within the demand planning workspace, giving your team better visibility and control over your catalog as it evolves. Here's what's new:

• Launch new SKUs — introduce new products into your demand plan from day one, so forecasts reflect your full portfolio right out of the gate

• Discontinue SKUs — cleanly sunset products that are no longer active, ensuring they don't distort your forecasts or clutter your workspace

• Sales Forecasting As A Starting Point — when you launch a new SKU with no demand history, Confido uses your sales forecast as the baseline to seed the demand plan. So instead of starting from zero, your plan is grounded in real expectations from day one.
