• Configure a new Shipper via the products page

• Create upcoming Shipper events and add them to forecasts via the Opportunities tracker

• Plan, track, and optimize Shipper programs within Confido's forecasting system

🖇️ Enhanced Deduction & Promo Support

When a promotion is tagged to a deduction, all related supporting documents now appear directly in the Deductions view, enabling:

• Centralized documentation: All promo supporting files surface automatically when the promo is tagged

• Flexible formatting: In addition to PDFs and other documents, users can upload and view Excel and CSV files with formatting preserved

• Faster validation: Users can review charges, supporting docs, and disputes through a single pane of glass without switching contexts for efficient processing

⚖️ Rebalancing Apportionment in Stats Forecasting

In stats forecasting, users can fine-tune parameters across multiple model types. In the latest update to this feature, the system now:

• Automatically rebalances the apportioning values to 100%

• Removes the need for manual recalculation, while still allowing full expert-level customization

✨ Updates That Just Make Life Easier ✨ 

• Create and save pinned views for clearing & disputes

• Copy Shopper Marketing programs across forecast versions

• Improved email ingest traceability

ERP syncing updates within Confido include:

• More Granular Field Mapping: In addition to cases, you can now pull individual product and sellable units from your ERP and map them to Confido fields.

• Smart Case-Product Splitting: Intelligent handling for ERPs that represent cases and individual products as a single item. We’re able to split this into separate case and product representations within Confido, maintaining data integrity while also providing the granular view you need.
