Out of Stock (OOS) Alerts in the Sales Forecast give your team an early warning system for inventory issues, so you can act fast, before it gets critical.

Catching an OOS risk early can mean the difference between a quick fix vs. a major revenue impact.

How it Works

  1. Confido establishes your baseline OOS rate for each planning group, powered by store-level analytics from Muffin

  2. If the current week exceeds that baseline (based on a custom threshold you assign), an alert is triggered

  3. Out of Stock Alerts within the Forecast provides a summary view, with color-coded levels of urgency

Waiting on deductions to arrive can feel like a black box. Confido's new deduction timing forecasts change that. By using your own historical data, Confido predicts when deductions for active promotions are expected.
