📈 Define Forecast Seasonality with Improved Specificity

Confido now supports improved specificity on forecast seasonality parameters:

  • Define seasonality patterns at multiple levels — from product families to individual SKUs, and from customers to specific planning groups

  • Easily set the level of specificity for seasonality parameters, allowing you to control which inputs take precedence when overlaps exist

  • Rearrange the specificity hierarchy as needed to fine-tune how seasonality is applied across your forecast

💵 Set Pricing at the DC Level

Brands can now specify product prices at the Distribution Center (DC) level for more granular planning. While pricing is set at the Customer level, you can override it at individual DCs when needed. This ensures the correct prices flow through the rest of Confido — so your forecasting, trade planning, and net sales all reflect the most accurate numbers.

🗂️ Aggregate Retail Sales Data across several RMAs

Map multiple import RMAs from syndicated data sources like SPINs, Nielsen, and IRI to the same planning group in Confido. We’ll take care of summing the sales volume and store counts for you to feed aggregated actuals in the forecast.

✨ Updates that Just Make Life Easier

  • Roll Back Ship-To Opportunities — Users can now roll back or recall a Ship-To opportunities if something shifts or was confirmed in error. This gives your team more flexibility and control when planning, without needing workarounds or support tickets.

  • Added Data Support — Confido now supports direct connections to your preferred data warehouse (ex. Google Sheets, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS). Your team can run custom reporting, dashboards, and BI workflows without extra steps, using the same clean, structured data already in Confido. Contact us to enable the connection.
