🛒 Bring AOP Out of Spreadsheets and Into Confido

With our latest update to Scenarios, you can now build complete account-level plans in just a few clicks. No more juggling bottoms-up builds, broken spreadsheets, or back-and-forth with third parties.

• ⚡ Quickly spin up scenarios: Enter base velocity growth percentages, opportunities, and promotion events — we’ll use your actuals, forecasts, and pricing data to automatically calculate impact.

• 📊 See your metrics in one place: Revenue, Trade Spend, Trade Rate, and Net Sales are calculated automatically and rolled up by Product, Family, and Total Account for full visibility.

• 🔍 Compare scenarios with ease: Benchmark multiple scenarios against each other — and against your current forecasts and targets — with real-time insights and rollups.

• 👀 View rollups across all scenarios and select the best performing scenario to move forward with for each account.

🗂️ Export Your Promotion Performance

You can now export detailed promotion performance data — including metrics like base volume, lift, spend, and ROI — all in one file. Get a clean, event-level breakdown to share with your team, prep for reviews, or analyze offline. Just click Export in the top righthand corner of the Promotion Performance table to download.

🔀 Customize Forecasting Product Columns

You can now customize how products are displayed in the forecast table by selecting between Name (default), UPC, or Internal Item Number. When exporting your forecasting data, all 3 columns will be included.

👀 Follow the Green Arrow to See Opportunity Impact

This week’s Forecast update makes it easier to manage changes with confidence. Accepted recommendations will not override previously accepted opportunities, and a new green arrow icon helps you quickly spot when a new opportunity begins to impact your forecast — with drill-down details just a click away.

Confido’s AI-powered deductions are now more customizable than ever. As you work through deductions in the cash application flow, you can define both how a deduction is classed and what it classifies to — all in real time. Here’s how it works:

• Define custom reasons under Automation Tools.

• Tag your deductions to the reason.

• Explain why it applies using the freeform text field.

• Confido will update all deductions that match criteria to automatically be classed to your desired reasons.
