This week’s update is about the foundation. We’ve been heads-down strengthening the infrastructure that powers everything you do in Confido— tightening integration reliability, cleaning up core workflows, and giving your team more visibility and control across the platform.

🔌 Integrations & Alerts

This week, we are launching a new Integrations page that gives you real-time visibility into the health of your retailer and distributor connections — so you can catch and resolve issues before they impact your data.

What's new:

• Live status monitoring — see exactly when each integration last successfully synced, with accurate status indicators that reflect what actually happened

• Proactive error alerts — get notified about issues like expiring passwords or connection failures before they cause data gaps

• Self-serve troubleshooting — clear error messaging so your team can identify and resolve integration issues directly, without needing to contact support

• Smarter sync tracking — last synced timestamps now reflect when data was actually retrieved, giving you true confidence in your integration status

🛍️ Product Page Improvements

We've cleaned up and modernized the Product page to make it faster and easier to navigate.

• Faster load times — reduced rendering overhead so the page loads quicker across large catalogs

• Improved filtering — product filters are more reliable and consistent

• Cleaner terminology — "Sellable Unit" has been renamed to "Consumer Unit" for clarity

• Refreshed layout — a new consumer unit grid makes product data easier to scan and manage

📊 TPM: Promotion Unit Overrides

You can now override promotion units at the line level, giving your team more control and flexibility when managing trade spend.

• Line-level overrides — adjust units on individual promotion items without affecting the broader plan

• Prevents unexpected changes — especially useful for brands with no forecast or unreliable forecasts for a given planning group

• More accurate trade tracking — ensures promotion units reflect what's actually happening in market
