🎯 Forecast Accuracy Reporting is Now Live in Demand Planning

For most demand planners, understanding how accurate your forecasts actually are requires pulling shipment data, tracking down the right forecast version, and stitching it all together in Excel. It's tedious, it's time-consuming, and by the time you have answers, you're already behind on the next planning cycle.

You can now do all of that directly inside Confido.

The new Forecast Accuracy Reporting view lets you compare your demand and sales forecasts against actual shipments across any time period, customer, or product. It's a simple but powerful way to answer the questions demand planners care about most: Where did my plan match reality? Where did it miss? Am I consistently off on certain customers or products? And is my forecast getting better or worse over time?

Having that visibility in one place, updated automatically and filterable by customer, product family, and date range, means less time diagnosing problems and more time actually fixing them. Whether you're doing a quick gut check before locking a forecast or doing a deep dive after a tough shipping month, the data you need is now right where you're already working.

🔄 Disputes: Auto Re-Disputing

Retailer denials don't have to mean lost revenue. With Auto Re-Dispute, Confido will automatically re-submit denied disputes on your behalf up to your configured limit, with no additional work required from your team.

A few things worth knowing:

• Automatic Re-Submission: When a retailer denies a dispute, Confido picks it back up and re-submits it automatically.

• Configurable Limits: Set a re-dispute threshold that fits your recovery strategy so you stay in control of how aggressively disputes get re-submitted.

• Document-Backed Only: Auto Re-Dispute only re-submits deductions that have all necessary supporting documentation, so you're never disputing blind.

• Easy to Enable: Head to the Default Rules section of your Auto-Disputing settings to turn it on.

The goal is to recover more revenue with less effort and make sure no valid dispute gets abandoned after a first denial.
