New on the Shelf: Auto-Disputes Expanded Connectivity
Fresh from Confido: Smarter dispute resolution, and deeper integrations — all in one update.

🎯 Auto-Disputes: Expanded Connectivity
Recovering revenue from invalid deductions is only as fast as your ability to gather the right documentation. Manual document hunting slows everything down, and by the time a dispute is submitted, the window to recover is already shrinking. We built Auto-Disputes to change that, and our latest updates take it further.
Here's what's new:
Freight doc retrieval from shared drives. You can now pull supporting documents directly from SharePoint and Google Drive, so there's no more digging through folders or forwarding attachments manually.
Expanded TMS integrations. We've added support for additional TMS platforms, meaning more of your transportation data flows into Confido automatically and is ready when you need it.
Broader freighter network. We've deepened our freighter integrations so Confido can pull proof of delivery and shipment data from even more of your carrier relationships.
Together, these updates mean Confido can identify disputable deductions, retrieve the supporting docs, draft the outreach, and track repayment in real time with less manual work than ever before.

🙌 POI SPRING SUMMIT 2026 RECAP!
POI Spring Summit 2026 was one for the books. Between two spotlight sessions, a co-presentation with Mush, and nonstop conversations at the booth, the energy throughout the week was a reminder of why this conference matters.
The through-line in nearly every conversation? The same pain points keep surfacing across brands: trade spend that's more reactive than strategic, teams operating off disconnected tools with no single source of truth, and planning cycles that move too slowly to keep up with the decisions that matter. RGM leaders know what needs to change. The harder question is how to actually get there.
That's exactly what made our Mush co-presentation so grounding: a real story about unifying four departments on one platform and what that unlocks in practice. The conversations that followed were some of the most honest we've had about where the industry is heading.
We also had the privilege of hosting a dinner at Topolobampo, where the conversation went even deeper. Great food, great people, and the kind of dialogue that doesn't fit into a 30-minute session slot.
