This week’s update unlocks expanded statistical forecasting capabilities for shipments. This feature helps bring together Sales and Ops teams in a single system by incorporating consumption based forecasts owned by Sales, and statistical forecasts managed by Ops teams.

Key benefits:

• Compare statistical various statistical models for shipments against bottoms up consumption builds at every level of the forecast (SKU, Customer, and more)

• Pull shipment data directly from your ERP — no manual uploads required

• Get to consensus faster by planning trade, consumption, and shipments in the same system

📄 AI Contract Reading — Let’s Take a Closer Look

You can now upload or forward trade contracts directly to Confido — our AI will read the deal terms and link the contract to the right promotion or create a new one.

How it works:

1. Upload or forward contracts via email

2. Confido auto-matches to existing promotions when the terms line up

3. If terms don’t line up, we create a new promotion from your contract terms

4. Track your pending contract reviews right from the home page

🎯 Getting Started with Targets: From Forecast to Plan

Targets is purpose-built to help you set goals and manage them against your AOP. There are two ways to get started.

1. Create new Target Versions from Forecast Versions: Instead of setting targets in a vacuum, you can anchor them to what the forecast already suggests — based on actual consumption, depletions, or shipments. This grounds your AOP in data rather than guesswork.

2. Upload your Targets via spreadsheet: Bring your existing AOP spreadsheet into Confido. Upload your model, layer in real-time consumption, shipments, and trade data, and fine-tune your plans with confidence.

Once set, you are then able to view performance directly in the account planner, using Targets as your primary benchmark. This makes it easier to go from annual planning to in-year performance tracking.

 We made a few updates this week to make your workflows smoother:

• Cash Application Comments: Add check-level notes to improve visibility and collaboration

• Unassign Deductions: Admins and assignees can now unassign deductions, helping fix routing errors without admin delays

• Richer Audit Logs: More detail on one-time assignments so you can trace approvals with confidence
