New on the Shelf: Bulk Approve Deductions, and Demand Planning Innovations

We've been busy. This week we're shipping updates across Cash Application and Demand Planning — from bulk deduction approvals that finally break the 100-line ceiling, to new ways to build and manage your demand plans. Here's what's new.
💳 Cash App and Deductions: Bulk Approve Deductions
If you've ever sat there clicking through page after page just to bulk-approve the same category of deductions, this one's for you. Confido now lets you approve your entire set of deductions in one action — not just whatever fits on the current page. For brands with high-volume retailers like Target, that can mean clearing thousands of lines at once instead of grinding through them in batches of 100.
🔌 Demand Planning Innovations
Most demand planning tools give you one way to adjust a forecast.
Confido now supports two types of innovations directly in the demand planning module. Manual entry innovations let users key in a single number that flows through all final forecast cells automatically. Sales forecast innovations pull data from the ship-to forecast side, so your sales forecast and demand plan stay in sync without manual reconciliation.
It's the kind of flexibility that saves your team from chasing numbers across spreadsheets.

Welcome Daniel Rizzo and Mahir Ayhan to Confido
The infrastructure we're building at Confido runs on models that can make sense of massive, messy CPG data sets — and attracting people who can work at that level of ML depth is how we get considerably better at that job.
That's why we're excited to welcome two PhD ML engineers to the team.
Daniel Rizzo's background spans experimental nanophysics and building ML systems that read the natural language of the brain — and he's now bringing that thinking to our demand planning product.
Mahir A. brings the rare combination of CS professor and Meta ML engineer — we're thrilled to have that academic and industry depth working on CPG data problems.
