New in the Demand Planning Workspace: Best Fit forecasting now picks the strongest model for each individual item instead of applying one blanket winner across your whole portfolio. New and innovation items that have a forecast but no sales history, which used to fall out of the pipeline, are now scored and surfaced too.

The payoff: Your forecast gets more accurate where it's hardest to get right. Every item is matched to the model that actually fits its own demand pattern, and the new products you're launching, exactly the ones legacy tools tend to miss, no longer disappear from the plan. That means tighter inventory, fewer stockouts, and a forecast your team can trust without hand-correcting.

💰️ Automatic Disputes UI Refresh & New Workbench

New in the disputes workspace: The disputes module has a redesigned UI, and at the center of it is Needs Review: a live queue that automatically surfaces every dispute that needs your attention. It scans across all your disputes, flags what requires action, and sorts each item into Required and Recommended so you know exactly what to work next.

The payoff: No more clicking through every dispute to find what's stuck. Needs Review populates on its own, pulling the items awaiting docs, decisions, or repayment into one prioritized list, so nothing sits idle and your team spends time resolving disputes instead of hunting for them. Open the queue, work the list, done.

"Once we build a demand plan in Confido, how does it actually drive our inventory and purchase order decisions?"

Confido pulls your live position from your on-hand inventory, open POs, and sales orders, and nets your demand plan against it to generate purchase order recommendations. So instead of eyeballing what to buy, you get a recommended order quantity per product that already accounts for what you have and what is already on the way.

You review those recommendations and confirm the ones you want, and they flow straight onto your supply plan as planned supply. Demand and supply read from the same numbers, so your plan stays consistent as you work instead of drifting across separate spreadsheets.
