Fido's First Few Weeks on the Job

Fido, the AI agent that lives in Confido’s trade calendar, has been in customers' hands for a few weeks now. Three real sessions from that stretch:

• "Copy my trade calendar to 2027. Make sure not to duplicate anything I already have in 2027." Fido worked through the request retailer by retailer, until 31 promotions sat in the 2027 plan.

• A two-year Target distributor accrual, described in one sentence, came back as a finished promotion with all 24 monthly line items built in one pass.

• "Which Q4 promo has the lowest projected lift per dollar of spend?" Used to be an export and a pivot table. Now it's a sentence.

💵 New in the Deductions workspace:

CVS Auto-Disputes

CVS deductions have been visible in Confido, but disputing them meant handling the claims yourself. CVS is now available in Auto Dispute Settings. Turn it on and Confido files disputes against eligible CVS deductions automatically, the same way it already does for the retailers Confido auto-disputes today.

One more retailer where recoverable dollars stop depending on whether someone had time to file.

Walmart deductions with no claim are now disputable

Some Walmart deductions arrive with no claim behind them. Until now those sat permanently stuck as undisputable, and the dollars behind them were written off by default. You can now dispute these deductions against the invoice itself, with guidance in the product on how to file. That puts a decent chunk of previously unrecoverable Walmart dollars back in play.
