At long last... Supply Planning is Here
One big one this week: the supply plan that builds itself, straight from your live demand plan. The monthly rebuild is over.

Here's the short version of this week: Supply planning is live. The plan that used to eat a full day and four systems to rebuild now reads your demand plan, sizes the orders, and shows the cash, on its own. Less stitching screens together, more time on the calls that actually move your numbers.
See the launch video here.
📦 Supply Planning: The Plan That Builds Itself
What we heard: For a lot of brands, one person rebuilds the supply plan by hand every month, pulling stock levels, order minimums, and open purchase orders out of three or four systems and stitching it together in a spreadsheet. The minute the demand forecast moves, the whole thing is stale again.
What's new: supply planning.
Reads your demand plan live. When demand changes, the supply plan recalculates with it.
Recommends the POs for you. Confido sizes each order against real lead times, MOQs, and safety stock.
Pulls your systems into one plan. Inventory, sales orders, and open POs sync into the supply plan automatically, so it stops being a stitched-together spreadsheet and becomes one source of truth.
Right-sizes safety stock. Confido optimizes it against your lead times and MOQs.
The payoff: The supply plan stops being one person and a spreadsheet and starts being a system the whole team can trust. When the lineup or the forecast changes, the plan keeps up on its own.

💵 Supply Planning: Now Finance Sees It in Dollars
What we heard: Supply decisions only show up to finance as cash surprises. Overstock ties up cash, a stockout hands the shelf to someone else, and nobody sees the impact until the invoices land. By then it's too late to do anything about it.
What's new: the plan, priced.
Every order in dollars. Each recommended PO rolls up to projected spend at COGS, so the supply plan and the cash plan are finally the same plan.
Compare scenarios in dollars. See the inventory and cash impact of different supply scenarios side by side.
One set of numbers. Demand, supply, and finance all read from the same data, so Pre-S&OP stops being a spreadsheet exercise and becomes a real reconciliation.
The payoff: This is the piece that closes the S&OP loop. (Supply planning came up on more customer calls than anything else this quarter.)
